This model incorporates all the technical knowledge accumulated through design and material selection (titanium bridges, screws, and mainplate), as well as the experience gained from the production of previous tourbillon models.

The sapphire crystal calendar disc features anti-reflective coating on both sides, and the date is displayed in a vertically oriented window at the 7 o'clock position, changing almost instantaneously when the date changes. The movement's mainplate is made of titanium and finished in black using PVD processing. This is a three-hand model that can be said to be Richard Mille's representative model, inheriting the discontinued RM005 and featuring a larger case.

While the design is simple for Richard Mille, a special technology, unseen in other manufacturers, allows you to see the beautiful internal structure through the skeletonized dial.
