Product Background

Deepsea is launched to celebrate film director James Cameron's historic solo dive to the deepest part of the ocean, the Mariana Trench, at a depth of approximately 11,000 meters.

Model features

The Deepsea "136660" underwent a minor change in 2022 and has a new reference. The name of the grade 5 titanium used for the back of the Deepsea's Ringlock system has been changed to RLX Titanium. This is a diver's watch with the ultimate waterproof function developed by Rolex for deep-sea expeditions.

Product design

The "flip-lock extension link" that was used in the previous model 126660 has been removed in the 136660. As with the previous model, the dial is available in two colors, black and D-Blue, and the large, thick details that are characteristic of Deepsea are still alive and well in this model.
