A Note from the Appraiser

There are some scratches due to use, but the case lugs are thick and have sharp edges, making it a solid and impressive piece.
The dial has been replaced with a later MK5 dial, but it is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or stains, and the tritium luminous material on the index has burned in nicely, giving it a great vintage feel.
The selling price is attractive, so this is a highly recommended watch for anyone looking for the Ref. 1655.
*A correction has been made to the luminous second hand.
