Patek Philippe's 5236P-010 is an in-line perpetual calendar model released in 2021. This model was inspired by the panoramic display seen in pocket watches of the past, and is the first wristwatch to adopt an innovative design that displays the day of the week, date, and month in a horizontal row in a large window at the 12 o'clock position.

The case is made of platinum and features a diamond set between the lugs at 6 o'clock as a mark of the platinum model. The movement is the ultra-thin automatic movement, calibre 31-260 PS QL, with an additional module protected by three technical patents. This movement displays the day, date and month side by side in a large aperture at 12 o'clock, as well as the leap year cycle and day/night in two round apertures, and also features a moon phase display.

A new version is available for 2024, featuring a rose gold opaline dial with applied baton hour markers in anthracite and white gold. Inspired by a vintage model, the dial features a sophisticated salmon pink hue.
