About watch sales

1. All sales prices in our store are listed including tax.

Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or shopping loan.
Payment methods available for mail order may vary, so please feel free to contact us for details.

2. Regarding product inventory, since we also sell products in-store, the product may already have been sold or reserved at the time you contact us.

In particular, there are cases where multiple customers apply for an item immediately after it goes on sale. For new items, we will check whether the item is available for purchase at 12:00 on the day after it is posted and contact you.

3. Product reservations are only available to customers who have confirmed their purchase.

Once your purchase is confirmed, we ask that you come to the store and make the transfer within two bank business days (by the day after the purchase is confirmed), so items can only be held for you during that period.
Please note that if the deadline has passed, your order will be automatically cancelled and we will charge you a cancellation fee of 10% of the sales price of the applicable product.
*This does not apply if you have already paid a deposit. (Deposits will not be refunded after the due date.)
*If your shopping loan application is rejected, there will be no cancellation fee.

4. All products sold in our store are genuine.

However, in the case of antique and old-fashioned watches, the supply of genuine parts may have stopped and substitutes may have to be used.
Older watches and antique watches vary from one to another, including in terms of condition.
We recommend that you actually visit our store and see the actual product.
At our store, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is obviously defective, as we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the product before purchasing it.

5. We will cover the shipping costs incurred when purchasing through mail order. (Free shipping)

We use Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express as delivery companies.
