Submariner "Ref.5513" Maxi Mark I Pre COMEX Dial
The "Pre COMEX Dial" is manufactured by Stern, the same company that makes COMEX.
Among the Ref. 5513s manufactured around 1977,
This is an extremely rare model.
A chunky vintage-like design at the 12 o'clock position
This model features a distinctive crown logo.
When you look at it like this, it's a very cute crown mark !!
The dial has slight scratches and stains that can be seen with a magnifying glass,
Overall it is in very good condition.
There are also slight cracks in the luminous needles,
The condition is good.
The maxi dial also features large indexes!
This is a photo of it with the Ref. 5512 (left) that we introduced yesterday .
Just by making the index larger, the impression of the dial changes dramatically!

The MK3 bezel still has a strong black color.
