The first Submariner Date/Ref.1680.
The famous red Submariner is an early model of this model.
The Ref.1680/white Sub was produced for only a few years from around 1975 to around 1980,
It is also a rich model with five different dial variations.

The latest arrival is the final year model with a Type 3 dial.
The hands, indexes and luminous material are tritium and the condition is very good.

The bezel insert has been replaced in later years,
The luminous points are Luminova luminous.

This particular one's bracelet was replaced in later years,
The middle case and overall condition are very impressive.
This is a recommended item that can be described as beautiful.

It is a sharp specimen with sharp edges.
It's rare to come across a vintage model in such great condition.

As you can see from the case side, it is in very good, crisp condition.

The calendar disc is original/base silver.

There is no sign of any wrinkling in the replacement bracelet.

Comes with an international service warranty.
This is a reliable unit, having been overhauled by the manufacturer most recently in 2019.
