Hello!
This is Kaneko from Commit Ginza!
Today we would like to introduce a customer's personal watch.
A regular customer was wearing a nice Daytona, so we took a photo!
Yes! It's a cream Daytona, "Ref. 116520".
Cream Daytona available in P, K, Y and F numbers.
Previously, this model was simply considered a burnt item, but its popularity has increased dramatically in recent years .
When coloring the dial, the coloring agents used are ones that change color over time, so it turns cream-colored.
The watch we are introducing this time is the K number. We have seen cream dials on the MK1 and MK2 dials, but this watch has an MK1 dial .
This is a comparison photo with our white dial (random number) .
When you look at it like this, the difference in color is obvious.
The subtle silver color of the thin hands and subdials are characteristic of this era, giving the model a very retro feel.
The color intensity of this dial changes depending on the lighting and where you look at it.
That's a very interesting point,
It is a variable dial that can show various expressions, from pure white to a rich cream.
I was talking to a regular customer,
This dial changes to a very cream color when you're on the train.
I agree with this and I think anyone who owns a cream dial will agree with me (laughs).
The color was good, but the condition of each piece was also very good.
It is probably a non-polished piece, and is in excellent condition, making a very good impression when you hold it.
The cream Daytona "Ref. 116520" is something that seems to have become less common recently. It was in good condition and was a masterpiece with a strong color depth.
Thank you so much for always letting me see your wonderful models!
We look forward to seeing you again!!
