We have the old Aquanaut in stock , a discontinued model produced from 1998 to 2007 !
There is also a large size 38mm/Ref.5065, but the model we have in stock this time is the medium model, which is the same 34mm size as the original model/Ref.5060.
The case size is listed as 34mm, which gives it an impression of being small, but perhaps because it comes with the same bracelet as the large size, it doesn't feel that small. The waffle dial, which is more deeply engraved than the current model, creates a retro atmosphere . The stainless steel case and bracelet are sized to fit comfortably on the wrist, and compared to the current Aquanaut, the design is more rugged and masculine . The three-fold buckle engraved with the Calatrava cross is also very cool. This model has a see-through back .
The movement is the self-winding "Cal.330" , known for its high technical capabilities. You can see the beautiful K21YG rotor . There is a small dent at the 11 o'clock position on the bezel, but it has not been finished.
There are some minor scratches due to use, but the case, bracelet and edges are in good condition. Comes with box (some deterioration inside), warranty card, and other booklets. The Aquanaut features a rounded octagonal bezel shape.
The 5066 is a wonderful model that allows you to enjoy the unique qualities of the old model.
Recommended for those who feel that the current model is too big!
