The Nautilus, a model designed by Gerald Genta and born in 1976, is a symbol of sporty elegance and features an octagonal bezel with a porthole motif.

This is a 38mm case/Ref. 3800 solid K18 yellow gold model produced from around 1982 to 2005.

The 38mm size is neither too big nor too small, and is said to fit comfortably on Japanese wrists!

The dial is a champagne dial.
The combination of the K18YG case and champagne dial is very sophisticated and elegant.

The date is a later version with black letters on a white background.
The luminous material is all tritium .

The buckle is a medium/perforated single clasp.
*Early period: Plate single clasp ⇒ Mid-period: Hollow single clasp ⇒ Late period: Double clasp

The caliber is a minor change to the ultra-thin automatic movement "330SC" with 21,600 vibrations.
*Changed from 335SC (28,800 vibrations) to 330SC (21,600 vibrations).

The case is about 8mm thick, which is very thin and comfortable to wear.

This item is in very good condition and highly recommended!!
It appears not to have been used much, as the edges of the bezel, case and bracelet are all sharp and in excellent condition.
