Panerai Luminor Logo Pre-Vendome "Ref.5218-201/A"
Pre-Vendome is a model sold by the former Panerai company from 1993 to 1996, before it became part of the Vendome Group (now the Richemont Group).
This 5218-201/A was Panerai's first model with the Luminor logo to be sold to the general market.
This is an extremely rare model, with only 889 units produced over a four-year period from 1993 to 1996, plus prototypes.
As a manufacturer that originally only produced military goods, Panerai from the Pre-Vendome era has a rugged design that completely eliminates all unnecessary elements and is incredibly cool!
The OP logo and design on the back cover are unique and give it a vintage feel. It has a nice character.
The buckle is a large fishtail shaped sewn-in type.
Each Panerai model sold in 1993 was housed in a case like this, which was a size smaller than the current box. This also has a certain charm.
Although the production years, from 1993 to 1996, are not that old, the Tsuchinoko Panerai was produced in extremely small numbers.
This watch is all tritium luminous, and the indexes and hands have a nice tan color, giving it an amazing look!
This is an extremely rare model that comes with all the accessories.
