No. 257 ~ Introducing a customer's masterpiece watch ~ Exquisitely burnt Patrizio! Daytona 16520 W series ~

Today we would like to introduce a customer's personal watch.

Daytona with El Primero, manufactured from R to P, "Ref. 16520"
This time, a regular customer brought along a W-numbered "Patrizzi" with a perfectly toasted inner dial, so I took a photo of it!!

The name "Patrizzi" originated when Antiquorum founder Oswald Patrizi noticed that the sub-dials of the Daytona Ref. 16520 manufactured between 1994 and 1995 were turning a dark brown, and so the watch came to be called the "Patrizzi dial."

Even though they are all called brown dials, there are dials that are lightly burned, dials that are mottled burned, and dials that are evenly burned.

This particular Patrizio has a strong tan and an exquisite brown gradation.

The condition of the dial was also excellent, with no signs of deterioration, making it an ideal dial.

And what's surprising is that the case for this particular watch is in such good condition!!

It is rare to find a piece with such good tanning and in such good condition.

The reflector seal from that time was still in good condition on the back cover.

Overall, this is a perfect addition to your collection! Amazing!!
