No. 2518 ~ Collector's Item! Introducing the Rolex Submariner 5513 All Tritium, a superb example from '83!

Today it's a Submariner/Ref.5513 with a non-serif dial!

The "Ref.5513" is a long-selling model that was produced for approximately 27 years.

During its long production period, various minor changes were made,
and it is known as a model with a very large number of dial variations.

The specifications have changed from mirror dials to matte dials, and then to later serif dials,
and the ability to enjoy different expressions for each era is a major appeal of the Ref.5513!

It is also a very popular vintage model that sells well in our store!

What we are introducing this time is the "non-serif dial" where you can fully enjoy the vintage atmosphere.

The simple design with no metal framing around the indices and the luminous material directly applied to the matte black dial
shows a different expression than the later serif dials.

The dial is an MK4 dial, with "SUBMARINER" written at the top, and the "S" looking like an inverted Z.

The serial number is in the 83xxxx range, which is generally when the final type of non-serif MK5 dial was seen, but this particular watch is equipped with a previous generation MK4 dial.

The combination of an 83xxxx serial number and an MK4 dial feels unusual,
but there seems to be some variation in the timing of such specification changes.

As you can see, the dial condition is excellent,
and it is clean even under a loupe!

There are some small scratches on the crystal,
but the dial is in immaculate condition.

The beautiful aging of the luminous material is also great!

The maxi indices have beautifully aged to a creamy color,
and are in excellent condition with no chipping.

The luminous material is all tritium.
The luminous material on the hands, which has a subtle aging, is also in good condition!

The bezel is equipped with an MK4 insert that retains its black color!

The contrast with the matte dial is also excellent, and it has a sharp and attractive appearance!

The case and bracelet have minor signs of use,
but it is an excellent example with outstanding overall condition!

In particular, the middle case is thick and in superb condition!

The horn-like lugs are still intact!
It's rare to find such a well-preserved 4-digit model.

The fact that it maintains a clean overall condition is also a positive point!

The clasp code for the non-grooved buckle is "H".

The hard bracelet, matching the year, is also in good condition with almost no stretch!

Overall, it is an excellent example that has maintained superb condition!
