Today's featured watch is the Submariner Ref. 5513 with a non-serif dial!

The "Ref.5513" is a long-selling model that was in production for approximately 27 years.

Over its long manufacturing period, various minor changes were made,
and it is known for having a wide variety of dial variations.

The specifications changed from mirror dials to matte dials, and then to later serif dials,
and enjoying the different expressions of each era is a major appeal of the Ref.5513!

It's a very popular vintage model and a best-seller in our store!

The model we are introducing this time is the "non-serif dial",
which allows you to fully enjoy the vintage atmosphere.

The simple design with no metal edges around the indexes and direct luminous material applied to the matte black dial
shows a different expression from the later serif dials.

The dial is an MK4 dial, where the "S" in "SUBMARINER" in the upper Submariner notation appears like an inverted Z.

The serial number is in the 83xxxx range, an era that typically features the final non-serif MK5 dial, but this particular piece is fitted with the earlier MK4 dial.

While an 83xxxx serial number with an MK4 dial might seem unusual,
it's common to see some overlap around specification changeovers.

As you can see, the dial condition is excellent, and it's clean even under a loupe!

There are minor scratches on the crystal, but the dial is in impeccable condition.

The beautifully aged luminous material is also a great feature!

The Maxi indexes have aged beautifully to a cream color, and they are in excellent condition with no chipping.

The luminous material is all tritium. The hands, which have developed an exquisite patina, are also in good condition!

The bezel is fitted with an MK4 insert that retains a strong black color!

The contrast with the matte dial is excellent, creating a sharp and attractive face!

The case and bracelet show minor signs of wear, but overall, it's an excellent piece with superb total condition!

In particular, the mid-case is thick and in superb condition!

What do you think? These lugs are incredibly powerful!

The sharp lugs, like horns, are still intact! It's rare to find such an excellent piece among 4-digit models.

The fact that it maintains such a clean overall condition is also a positive point!

The clasp code for the non-grooved buckle is "H".

The hard bracelet, which matches the era, is also in good condition with almost no stretch!

Overall, it is an excellent piece that has maintained superb condition!
