The third-generation Explorer "Ref. 1016" manufactured from around 1959 to around 1989
During the long manufacturing period, various changes were made to the specifications.
This is a long-selling vintage Explorer.
It's a popular model with a cool, complete design that fits comfortably on the wrist.
This is an individual manufactured around 1981.

Even so, the recent Ref. 1016 seems to be gaining momentum!

The dial is characterized by a retro and adorable crown mark.
The age also matches.
The dial is in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or signs of wear.
The index luminous material is in good condition with no missing parts.

The luminous material is all tritium.
The needles are a little rusty, but that's part of the charm.
