We've received a patinated example of the Rolex Explorer II Ref.16570/black dial, so let's introduce it right away!

It's an early model, an L-serial, manufactured around 1989-1990.

This particular piece is a patinated example with strong tritium burn!

When you think of the Ref.16570, many people might imagine a white dial patina, but a black dial patina is surprisingly hard to find.

It's also a model favored by connoisseurs who are searching for it!

Since it's an early L-serial, the dial is also an early dial.

This retro font is a personal favorite point of mine.

It's a dial that doesn't show up when you're actively looking for it.

The dial condition has only minimal deterioration under a loupe, but overall it has a great luster and is in beautiful condition.

The luminous material is all tritium.

The hands also show a good burn!

There's a faint crack on the minute hand's luminous material, but the condition is good!

The condition shows some scuffs and scratches from use,

but the overall condition of the watch is good!

Behold the condition of the middle case!!

It has an impressive presence and retains its original form beautifully.

The extremely thick lugs are in superb condition, both the hairline finish and the edge lines!

The horn-like lugs are truly captivating!!

The clasp code "O10" and matching single bracelet are

in good condition with almost no slack!!

The case back sticker also remains!!

Accessories include box, warranty card (without name deletion), chronometer certificate, chronometer tag,
EX booklet (88), Oyster booklet (89), and calendar (89-90)!

The very first EX booklet from '88 is also subtly rare.

Wrist shot!!
The aged tritium on the black dial really stands out!!

This is an excellent patinated example of the all-tritium/black dial Explorer II "Ref.16570/L7" with a charming early dial!
The overall condition is good, and it comes with a full set of accessories, making it highly recommended!

Customers searching for a 16570/black dial patinated watch,
please consider this one!
