The second generation GMT Master "Ref. 1675" manufactured from around 1959 to around 1979
The model we are introducing this time was produced up until around 1967.
It is a “mirror dial” .
The mirror dial has an attractive mirror-like shine.
Other distinctive features include the gold-painted logo and minute lines.

The gold lettering is one level lower and looks great in person.
It's a beautiful dial that captures the delicacy that only vintage models can offer!

This particular dial is one of the earliest mirror dials.
A track-shaped minute circle is printed along the outer edge of the dial.
They are called "chapter ring," "circle mirror," and "MM dial."
This is a mirror dial made up until around 1964.

Furthermore, this dial is a rare one that features a circular luminous element on the minute circle at the 6 o'clock position, commonly known as the "6-dot" dial .
The luminous points, when viewed together with the bar indexes, resemble an "!" mark, which is why they are also called exclamation dials .
It is said that this dial was one of the early adopters of tritium, and has a reduced radium content and uses tritium in addition to the original.

The evaluation of mirror dials varies greatly depending on their condition,
This particular watch has a shiny mirror dial with a strong sheen.

This item was manufactured around 1961, so it has some small scratches,
Circle mirrors that maintain such a beautiful luster are definitely rare!
There are some missing 6-dot luminous elements,
Other indexes remain relatively intact and are in excellent condition!

The luminous material is all tritium, and the flat hands look great!!
The luminous conditions are also good.

The earliest deep grooved bezels with deep grooves on the bezel grip ,

The pointed crown guard, called “PCG/Cornino”, is a characteristic of this era and looks really cool!

The bezel will come later,
It features a fat font insert with exquisite aging!

This item comes with the original insert separately, so I highly recommend it!

It's interesting how changing the insert on the GMT-Master completely changes the look!
Still, the inclusion of this initial insert is a nice feature!
Please enjoy it however you like!

The condition is age-appropriate with some scratches,
There are no major scratches and the condition is good.

The middle case is not overly finished,
It is very sturdy.

A rivet bracelet is an essential feature for a mirror dial!
The bracelet is a US rivet bracelet.

There is some wear and tear appropriate for its age, but the atmosphere is not compromised at all.

Wrist shot!!
The jet black circle mirror dial and the exquisitely aged inserts combine to create a truly cool look!!
We hope you will pick up a copy and take a look!
