The 16520 is a popular model with unique features that captivate enthusiasts, such as the 200 tachy, 225 tachy, porcelain, step/floating, 4-line, inverted 6 dial, Patrizzi, brown eye, A-serial, and P-serial.
The model we are introducing this time is an early Ref. 16520 with attractive features.
First, let's look at the features unique to early models!
MK2 Bezel "225 Tachy" Bezel
Pay attention to the scale between "200" and "300".
While the scale changes to "240" only for MK3 bezels and later,
the MK2 bezel has two scales: "225" and "250".
This is a very rare early bezel, commonly known as the "225 Tachy".
MK2 Dial "4 Line"
This early dial features a 4-line inscription, with "OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED" removed from the 5-line inscription.
Like the MK1 dial, this is a rare dial that is not often seen.
Personally, I love the cool "E" in the ROLEX logo!
"Inverted 6" Dial
This is an early dial, produced until around the S-serial, where the "6" at the 6 o'clock position/12-hour counter is inverted and appears as a "9", hence it is called "inverted 6".
Since this is a characteristic up to around the S-serial, MK1 dials/floating and MK2 dials/4-line always have an "inverted 6".
Single Buckle
The single buckle is also an essential early feature.
Although the clasp code of this individual is "P4," which is slightly later, the bracelet is from a period close to the L serial.
Kamaboko Case
The "Kamaboko" case is also a feature of early models!

The "Kamaboko" case, which has a rugged impression, is very appealing.
Although there are some signs of use, the watch as a whole is in solid condition.
*There is a crown watermark on the glass.
The middle case is in good condition with no excessive finishing.
