The third generation hand-wound Daytona "Ref. 6263" manufactured from around 1969 to around 1988
This is the final model of the hand-wound Daytona and is equipped with the caliber "Cal. 727" which vibrates at 21,600 vibrations per hour.
The pusher is screw-locked, making this model highly waterproof.
The one we are introducing this time is serial number 28, manufactured around 1971.
This is an early model of 6263,
The dial was replaced in later years and is now Big Red.
It's a floating big red with the Daytona logo on it!
This dial is extremely rare even on its own,
Among them, Big Red in good condition is hard to come by these days.
The dial surface is in excellent condition.
The index luminous material is also in excellent condition with no signs of wear.
From the standpoint of consistency, it's a pity,
This dial is definitely rare.
The luminous material is all tritium.
The hands are equipped with period-matching tritium hands.
The bezel is a period-matched MK1 bezel.
This bezel is also an extremely rare early bezel.
While many plastic bezels have cracks and loose parts,
The bezel on this watch is also in good condition.
The pusher has been replaced with a "MK3 pusher" which has a groove in the cylinder.
The condition is good, there are some scratches and small marks due to use,
It is in relatively good condition for a vintage model.
The original middle case is not overly finished,
It is very sturdy.
The hairlines on the lug feet are also in good condition.
The buckle has been replaced in later years,
The highly rare FF271 flash fit
The 7835 winding bracelet is believed to be original.
The breath condition is also good.
Wrist shot!! You look great!
The hand-wound Daytona can be summed up in one word: cool!
