The Daytona Ref.16520, equipped with the El Primero movement, was manufactured from R-serial to P-serial.
The item we are introducing today is an early model with unique characteristics!

Commonly known as the "inverted 6 dial."
The "6" at the 6 o'clock position on the 12-hour counter is written in such a way that it appears to be an inverted "9,"
leading to the names "inverted 6" or "reverse 6." This is an early dial produced up to the S-serial.
It is also known as "INVERTED 6" overseas.

The buckle is a single buckle.
This particular watch has a clasp code of "N4," so it has a period-correct buckle.
As a feature of early models,
the "inverted 6" dial and single buckle are essential points.

The matte stainless steel single bracelet with the inverted 6 dial
looks even cooler with a more retro feel!!

The most recommended feature of this watch is undoubtedly its dial!!
The dial is a rare MK3!
While the floating MK1 and 4-line MK2 often garner attention,
this MK3 dial is also a rare dial that is not commonly seen.
Especially white character MK3s are very rare to encounter!
The COSMOGRAPH lettering is not separated by a space,
but the serif lettering, just like the MK1, makes for a subtly cool dial!

The dial condition is excellent,
maintaining a beautiful state even under a loupe!!
Such a rare dial in this condition is a delightful highlight!

The lume is all tritium.
The condition of the hand lume is also good!

The condition showssome scuffs and scratches from use,
but there are no noticeable scratches and the condition is good!!

While it has been polished, it hasn't been excessively finished,
and the mid-case is relatively solid!

As you can see, the lugs are perfectly aligned!

The consistent MK3 bezel has some signs of use,
but there's no wear around the bezel, giving it a good impression!

Accessories include a box, warranty card, serial tag, chronometer tag,
Daytona booklet (USA88), Oyster booklet (ENG90), calendar (91-92),
extra links (full set), and a passport case!
The white-letter early Daytona booklet is rare!

Wrist shot!!
The fact that it's an MK3 dial, upon closer inspection, is a masterpiece that stirs the collector's heart!

El Primero Daytona/16520 L6 serial
This is a rare El Primero model with an MK3/white dial that is rarely seen!
While it shows signs of use, the dial condition is excellent,
and it's an attractive piece with consistent parts! The accessories are also extensive, highly recommended!
If you're looking for an early El Primero model, please consider this one!
