Yes! The first one is a stainless steel Daytona/Ref. 16520!
This is an early Ref. 16520 manufactured around 1989, with attractive bezel and dial features.
First of all, pay attention to the bezel!
○MK2 bezel "225 Taki" bezel
Pay attention to the mark between "200" and "300".
After the MK3 bezel, the scale changes to "240" only,
The MK2 bezel has two markings, "225" and "250".
This is a very rare early bezel commonly known as "225 Taki".
There is some ink loss on the bezel,
This has its own charm and gives off an old-fashioned atmosphere.
The dial is a rare MK3!
The floating MK1 and 4-line MK2 tend to attract attention, but
This MK3 dial is also a rare dial that is not widely available.
The letter in COSMOGRAPH is not far off,
The serifed letters are the same as the MK1, making for a casually cool dial!
Compared to the T SWISS MADE T marking on the MK1 dial,
Although it's a little modest, this T-type design with its clear serifs is very tasteful.
Of course, the "6" at the 6 o'clock position on the 12-hour counter is reversed to appear as a "9", making it what is commonly known as an "inverted 6" dial.
I have the impression that many of the black MK3 dials have deteriorated.
This particular specimen is in relatively good condition, so it gets high marks!
The condition is good with some scuffs and scratches from use, but no noticeable scratches.
The bracelet (full links) is slightly wrinkled, but is a sturdy bracelet appropriate for its age.
As you can see, the lugs on the middle case are
It's perfect and leaves a very good impression!!
Accessories include box, chronometer tag, Daytona booklet, calendar (88-89), etc.
We have everything!
The included white-text early Daytona booklet is a nice touch!
A rare model with 225 Taki bezel and MK3 dial!!
Although there are scratches from use, this is a highly recommended item with an outstanding atmosphere!
The selling price is also very attractive!
If you are looking for an early El Primero, be sure to consider this!
Rolex Daytona El Primero MK3 Dial All Tritium
Ref.16523 Serial.R9 (manufactured around 1989)
Cal.4030 78363/FF403 Clasp Code N2
Accessories: Box, warranty card (440: Taiwan)
The second one is the El Primero-equipped Daytona combination model "Ref. 16523"!
Since it has the original white lettering, the edges of the sub-dials will be black!
This specimen has rare features and is in good condition.
This is a recommended item that comes with a box and warranty!
The rare feature of this particular unit is the dial!
Like the Ref. 16520 introduced earlier, this is an extremely difficult to obtain MK3 dial!!
Personally, I have never handled the white-lettered MK3,
I was a little excited (laughs).
The luminous material is all tritium. It has a nice burnt finish.
The dial condition is as small as a magnifying glass,
It is in very good condition!
I just can't get enough of this letter with dialogue.
Personally, I love the letters because they give off a sense of age!
Like the black characters we introduced earlier,
The DAYTONA logo also comes with serifs!
There are some scratches and small marks due to use,
There are no major scratches and the condition is good.
The MK4 bezel is also in good condition.
The middle case is also thick and very sturdy!
Buckle clasp code is "N2"
The bracelet is suitable for the age and has some wear,
Impressive condition!
Accessories include box, warranty card, chronometer tag, Daytona booklet, Oyster booklet,
We have the calendar (90-91) and extra frames (full frames)!
Rare! An early model with the MK3 dial!
The burnt tritium just doesn't stand out against the bold look of the early white lettering!!
If you look closely, you will see that it has an MK3 dial, which is a gem that will appeal to enthusiasts!
This is a recommended item that is in good overall condition and comes with a warranty!
If you are looking for a rare El Primero/combination model, please consider this!
What did you think?
