New GMT Master II "Ref.126710BLRO" announced in 2018
*BLRO means Bleu (blue) and Rouge (red) in French.
The blue and red bezel of the SS model is the old "Ref.16710" which was discontinued.
After about 10 years, this model has been revived with a ceramic bezel and Jubilee bracelet.
This time we have in stock an early model MK1 bezel!!
The bezel of the early models is very light in color and difficult to describe.
It creates a wonderful atmosphere.
This is a very popular model that we received many inquiries about when we first received it.

In the past, I compared several specimens made up to around October 2018.
We have already seen four different bezel colors.
In particular, I recognize the bezel with the lightest color as the MK1.
From what I have seen so far, the May 2018 stamp is most likely an MK1 unit.
(Or so I thought, but there were some May-branded MK1.5s with a slightly darker color. Addendum 2023.6.1)

It is difficult to distinguish the MK1 bezel from the sale date alone, and it is also very difficult to identify the real thing.
At the moment, there are few of these in circulation, so even if you go looking, it's difficult to find them.

When you compare them like this, the colors are completely different.
The MK1 (left) has lighter blue and red colors.
