The Royal Oak Extra-Thin Ref. 15202ST.OO.1240ST.01, released in 2012, is a popular model that was released to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the birth of the Royal Oak.
Today we will introduce the features of the early model of this rare model!
■Shape of the AP logo The early model has a thin “AP logo” at the 6 o'clock position.
*The current model has a thicker logo compared to the earlier model.
■Size of the tapestry: The early model tapestry is larger than the current model.
If you count the number of tapestries from the center of the hands to the date window, the early model has eight.
There are currently 9 models available.
■Case back engraving: The early models have “AP” engraved on the case back.
The current SS model does not have this AP stamp.
The tapestry grooves are deeper than the current model and are a vibrant shiny blue.
The early extra-thin "Ref. 15202ST" features an attractive, lustrous blue dial with a purple tint, making it a rare model that is hard to find.
