SOLD OUT!!
The third model of the GMT Master, "Ref. 16750", manufactured from around 1980 to around 1988
The main changes from the previous GMT Master/Ref. 1675 are
○Caliber changed from 1570 to 3075
○ Calendar quick change function
○Water resistance has been increased from 50m to 100m
This makes it even more practical.
The model we are introducing this time is the later model with edges.
The Ref. 16750, like the Submariner Ref. 16800, Ref. 5513, and Sea-Dweller Ref. 16660,
The index has no border, and there is a metal border.
It is divided into early and late periods.
This particular watch has a dial with a border and the inscription:
This is a later model dial with OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE notation.
The previous period only had the OYSTER PERPETUAL notation and no DATE notation.
Furthermore, this particular watch has cracks all over the dial surface.
Depending on the angle of the light, it looks like a spider web, which is very appealing.
The dial is called "Spider" .
Spider dials are mostly found in models from the 1980s.
The most well-known are Ref. 5513 and Ref. 16550, but there are also Ref. 16750 and Ref. 16660.
This crunchy spider with a large crack
It's also incredibly cool!!
It also has a slight tritium burn, giving it a great look!
In the case of the Ref. 16750, the dial I personally would like to turn into a spider dial is one without a date marking.
I thought it was just a dial,
The spider with the date written on it was a new discovery for us.
The condition is overall there are small scratches from use,
It's in great condition for an 80's model!
Light polish is included,
The lug legs are thick and very sturdy!
Such an impressive mid-case is definitely rare!!
Clasp code "H" Single bracelet with matching period,
It's in very good condition with only a few slight wrinkles!
Wrist shot!!
A crunchy spider with a glossy look!! It's so cool!
The popular semi-vintage model "Ref.16750"
