Second generation Sea-Dweller "Ref.16660"
This model is commonly known as "Triple Six" due to the three "6"s in the model number.
The major changes from the original Sea-Dweller "Ref. 1665" are:
○The windshield has been changed from plastic to sapphire crystal.
○By enlarging the helium gas escape valve, water resistance of 1,220m is achieved.
○The bezel has been changed to prevent reverse rotation.
○The change in caliber allows for quick date changes.

The dial is an early-model "rimless" model.
The Ref. 16660 is a watch that, like the Submariner Ref. 5513, Ref. 16800, and GMT-Master Ref. 16750,
The index has no border, and there is a metal border.
It is divided into early and late periods.
This particular example was manufactured around 1983, making it one of the last rimless models.
