ANNUAL CALENDAR MOON PHASE

The watch that Mr. U purchased was the Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Ref. 5146J-010, which is equipped with an annual calendar and moon phase.

With its elegant combination of a gray dial and 18KYG (yellow gold) case, this model's power reserve display and highly accurate moon phase display make it the flagship model of Patek Philippe.

With its elegant form, beautiful materials, and luxurious details, this is truly a piece worthy of being called the pinnacle of quality.

COMMENTS
U-san chose a Patek Philippe watch because she likes the movement. You can tell she really loves watches. Furthermore, she said, "I drink while admiring the movement peeking through the see-through back," a comment that only a connoisseur of mechanical watches can make, and one that makes a watchmaker really happy. U-san is a top-class watch lover! No, let me call her a true "watch lover"! (laughs) And the photo of you and your husband is also wonderful. The deep gray of the slate dial of the Yachtmaster is really beautiful! It seems like the two of you will be drinking more and more together. Also, the deciding factor for the purchase was "Yagi-san," and he was very happy! Please come and see Yagi again! Thank you very much.

The watch that HY purchased was a semi-vintage Rolex GMT-Master Ref. 16700 model with a slight tan color and tritium luminous coating.

It features a red and blue bezel commonly known as "Pepsi" and was produced from the R series (around 1988) to the A series (around 2000), with this being one of the earliest R series and in excellent condition. Equipped with all-tritium, a single buckle, which are essential elements of a semi-vintage model, the case has a well-defined edge, has burnt tritium luminous, and the bracelet is almost completely unwound... simply put, it's a very impressive piece!

COMMENTS
HY is originally from Hokkaido and has been living in Tokyo since he started working. He is in his 20s and already owns four luxury watches... I'm so jealous! (laughs) Luxury watches are fun to wear and become real assets, so they are full of charm that only the buyer can understand. HY knows this, so please spread the word to the younger generation!! She casually matches her silver accessories with her wedding ring, and it's very inspiring to see her stylish outfit. As expected, she is working hard in Tokyo! If you miss your hometown, take a look at her wrist and get motivated!! There are many staff members from other regions at Commit Ginza, so please come and visit us again!

The all-tritium index luminous material creates a dark, semi-vintage atmosphere, and the dial is in excellent condition with no signs of deterioration. It also retains the original bezel insert and hairlines on the case, making it a rare piece manufactured in the early 1990s in this condition.

COMMENTS
First of all, thank you for always watching Commit TV. The "YouTube Appraiser Column," which was the deciding factor for this purchase, was made into a video based on the blog written by appraiser Kaneko. Kaneko has been able to continue every day thanks to everyone's support, and the blog was completed with Kaneko's love for Rolex (vintage Rolex), a model that inspires his creativity. The "GMT Master" purchased by Umemiya-san is the one introduced in the 1075th episode. Kaneko was very happy that he made the decision based on the response to this column! Thank you very much. It has become a part of Umemiya-san's wonderful fashion, and there is no doubt that the watch is happy too! Please use it a lot! And we look forward to your continued support of Commit TV and Commit Ginza.

Reference 14270

The watch that KK purchased was the Rolex Explorer I, Ref. 14270, which continues to reign as the ultimate simple watch.

Produced from E to P series (from around 1991 to 2000), they have no date display, are only available with black dials, and have cases made only of stainless steel; they are literally "the ultimate simple watch," and are a popular classic model among semi-vintage watches.

The dial on this watch has spider web-like deterioration, which, combined with the all-tritium luminous material, gives it an amazing atmosphere!

COMMENTS
KK-san works hard as a photographer. Satoda, who was in charge of the watch, told us that he "spends his days off with watches" in order to protect his precious equipment and his own beloved watch. We were very impressed with his wonderful thoughts about both work and private life. The watch he purchased is an attractive piece with the details of "all tritium", "single buckle", and "side hole" that are unique to semi-vintage watches, as well as the "unique aging" that has changed over time. Please enjoy it on your days off! In addition, we are very happy that he wrote "Commit's atmosphere and Satoda's personality" as the deciding factor for his purchase. Nothing makes us happier than hearing these words from KK-san. Thank you again. Please make sure to include "Commit Ginza" as one of your holiday destinations!

BREGUET

MARINE BIG DATE

Reference 5817BR/Z2/5V8

The watch that Mr. S purchased was the Breguet Marine II Large Date, Ref. 5817BR/Z2/5V8, which inherits Breguet's traditions while incorporating modern elements.

This model was inspired by the great legacy built by Abraham-Louis Breguet, the manufacturer of marine chronometers (precise watches for navigation) for the French Navy. The case is made of elegant 18KRG (rose gold), and the combination of a gray dial and black rubber strap makes this a perfect example of a sophisticated luxury sports watch.

COMMENTS
First of all, thank you for appearing in the watch enthusiast series! Thank you so much, K-san and S-san, for appearing together as a couple and for the wonderful photo of the two of you together! The elegance of the Marine watch is added to S-san's gorgeous outfit, and it's really wonderful! When Nemoto, who was in charge of the watch, said, "I'll share it with K-san and wear it together," he couldn't help but say, "That's great," because the two of you are really close. I'm so jealous that you and your husband have the same taste in watches! Also, thank you so much to K-san for always "liking" Commit Ginza's Instagram. Thanks to you, I'm motivated to post every day! We're also on Facebook, so please follow us! We hope to continue to work with you in the future!
