Sing Sing (2024) is a human drama about a man who is incarcerated for a crime he did not commit, and who regains hope for life through a "theater program" in which he learns stage acting while in prison.
More than 80% of the cast, excluding the main cast, are actual former inmates of Sing Sing Prison and graduates of the "theater program" depicted in this film. As soon as it was released at the 2023 Toronto Film Festival, it received rave reviews, and Colman Domingo, who starred and served as executive producer, was nominated for Best Actor at this year's Academy Awards.

The design of the "Panther" was inspired by the smooth movements of a panther. The patterned black fabric and satin texture give him a black panther-like appearance.
