This is also from 2018. This is a scene from the groundbreaking ceremony for the "NOBU" restaurant opening in Canada. The watch Robert De Niro was wearing at the time was a Patek Philippe Calatrava (Ref. 6006G).
The Ref. 6006 was released in 2017 as the successor to the Ref. 6000 released in 2005, and was released to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the ultra-thin movement Cal. 240. This model features an asymmetrical design with a pointer date and a small second hand at the 4 o'clock position.
