The "Asian Falcon" series, in which Jackie Chan plays a treasure hunter who travels the world, is the first of the series, " Thunder Arm " (1986). This film is also known for the fact that Jackie fell from a height of 15 meters during filming, suffering a serious injury with a fractured skull, and filming was halted for six months.

The third film in the Asian Falcon series, following Thunder Arm (1986) and Project Eagle (1991) , was the monumental Rising Dragon ( 2012), in which Jackie Chan declared his retirement from action films, saying, "This will be the last film where I put my body on the line for real action." Jackie was 32 when Thunder Arm was released, but by the time this film was released, he was 58, just short of turning 60. It's sad to see him retire from action films, but it's inevitable.
