This time, we would like to introduce a popular and rare model that was announced at the "Patek Philippe Watch Art Grand Exhibition", a major event held by Patek Philippe, which has arrived in our store for the first time! "Aquanaut Singapore 2019" SS
The Aquanaut Singapore 2019 "Ref. 5167A-012" is a limited edition of 500 pieces, with a stainless steel case and the same red color as the Singaporean flag.
With a case diameter of 40.8mm and a thickness of 8.1mm, it has the same specifications as the Aquanaut Ref. 5167A-001, but the use of red for the minute scale on the dial, the second hand, and the composite strap gives it a sporty and impactful finish.
This was actually my first time seeing the actual machine up close, but it was just so cool!! (laughs)
This model was announced at the Patek Philippe Watch Art Grand Exhibition (Singapore 2019), a massive event that took place over 16 days at the Marina Bay Sands Theatre and attracted a total of 68,000 visitors, the highest number of visitors to date.
The automatic movement "Cal. 324 SC" can be seen through the case back. Also, if you look closely at the sapphire crystal glass, you will see that the words "PATEK PHILIPPE SINGAPORE 2019" are engraved on it, giving it a special feel.
The composite strap is a striking red, but the minute scale and second hand are also red, so it would look cool even if you put a regular black composite strap on it. If you are going to be an owner, why not try it out in this way?
This particular item has some minor scratches that appear to have occurred during storage, but it has never been worn and the tropical band has not been cut, making it an unused item.
The Aquanaut is characterized by its sharp case shape, so the fact that it is non-polished is a nice feature. This model is extremely rare on the market, so it is unlikely that we will see one in this condition again in the future.
The warranty date is December 2019. The accessories are in very good condition and even come with a serial tag. Limited edition models, especially, are even more valued as collection pieces when they come with such items.
