Good evening everyone.

This time, we would like to introduce the model that is probably the most popular among the new products for 2024, which has arrived for the first time! Please enjoy until the end!
"Ref.5980/60G-001"
"Nautilus Chronograph" 18KWG
The Nautilus Chronograph "Ref. 5980/60G-001" has been released with an 18KWG (white gold) case, a blue-gray opaline dial, and a calfskin strap with a denim pattern in the same color and blue-gray.
In February 2024, it was announced that the production of three Nautilus Chronograph models (Ref. 5980R-001, Ref. 5980/1R-001, and Ref. 5980/1AR-001) would be discontinued, and although it may sound a bit dramatic, I'm sure many people were overwhelmed by a sense of loss. In the midst of all this, I think I was the only one who felt relieved when I saw this new model that was announced as a surprise.
By the way, the new models announced in 2024 include three models with 18KWG (white gold) cases and blue-gray dials, which I have arbitrarily recognized as a "trilogy." Our store has already handled two models ("World Time" Ref. 5330G-001 and "Aquanaut Travel Time" Ref. 5164G-001), so this model completes the collection. (laughs)
The dial of this model uses a refreshing blue-gray color for both the dial and the sub-dials, and I like it so much that it is a contender for first or second place compared to the previous Nautilus Chronograph. Compared to the color of the Aquanaut Travel Time "Ref. 5164G-001", this model seems to have a slightly more subdued tone.
The case is made of 18KWG (white gold), which is actually a first for a regular Nautilus Chronograph model.
By the way, the only Nautilus model that combines an 18KWG (white gold) case with a leather strap was the Nautilus Petite Complication (Ref. 5712G-001), whose production was announced to end in February 2024. Taking this into consideration, many people may find this model fresh.
The most notable feature of this model is the use of a calfskin strap with a denim pattern in the same blue-gray color as the dial. Up until now, the Nautilus has had a strong impression of being dressy, so the use of a casual denim pattern that completely changes that image was a real surprise.
However, the luxury feel that is unique to Patek Philippe is still there. In terms of clothing, it's like pairing a jacket with elegant high-end denim.
The movement that can be seen from the skeleton back is the "Cal. CH 28-520 C" with a flyback function and chronograph. This movement has a 30-minute counter and a 12-hour counter arranged on the same axis at the 6 o'clock position, and it has an innovative mechanism that allows you to know the total measured time by aligning the hour and minute hands.
The warranty date is April 2024. There are some small scratches and inconspicuous marks due to use, but it is in very good condition with almost no signs of wear. All accessories are included and it is in very good condition. It is not available on the market in Japan.
The selling price is 26,950,000 yen (tax included)
