Good evening everyone.

This time, I would like to introduce a special model that I love so much, which has arrived for the first time in a long time! Please read to the end!

"Ref.5004P-021"
"Perpetual Calendar Split Second Chronograph" PT

The "Ref. 5004P-021" was released in the mid-1990s, approximately 10 years after the third-generation "Perpetual Calendar Chronograph," the "Ref. 3970," and featured an additional "split-second" mechanism.

It is said that it was produced until around 2012 when the successor model "Ref. 5204" was announced, but given the production period, the number of units in circulation was small, and it is rarely seen on the market. This time, a PT (platinum) model has arrived in a "sealed" state for the first time in a long time, so I couldn't help but pick up my pen.
*Please note that the images are not very clear as they were taken through vinyl
.

By the way, we are also planning to stock the "Ref. 5204" soon, so we would like to introduce it to you on another occasion.

The case diameter is 37mm, which is a good size, but the case thickness is about 15mm due to the "split-second" mechanism, which makes an impact. Furthermore, the large, eye-catching crown creates an outstanding presence when worn on the wrist. I would have liked to show you how it looks when actually worn, but since it is sealed this time, I hope that you can at least get a sense of the atmosphere. The "Ref. 5004" looks incredibly cool from this angle!! (lol)

The combination of the Arabic numerals, the circular in-dial design, and the leaf hands can simply be described as "cool."

Right now, we have in stock the Perpetual Calendar Chronograph "Ref. 3970" with a black dial and diamond indexes, so we'd like you to compare them. Which do you prefer, the "Ref. 5004" or the "Ref. 3970"?

The location of the hallmark varies depending on the year of production, but can you see through the vinyl that there are four on the back of the rug?

In addition, the movement "Cal. CHP 27-70 Q" based on the Nouvelle Lemania is highly functional, with a "split-second" mechanism added to the "perpetual calendar chronograph", but its three-dimensional structure also gives it a stunning design that is almost like a work of art.

According to the four-digit alphabet at the bottom of the warranty, this watch was manufactured in May 2005, making it a relatively old model. Accessories include a large pass case with a photo, an unopened case back, adjustment pins, and a box for the "Ref. 5004" in which to set the case back and adjustment pins.

I wanted to tell you the selling price, but after receiving inquiries from several people, the sale has been decided. I'm sorry!!

summary

What did you think?

The circulation of the "Ref. 5004" has decreased, and the market price has risen compared to before, so it may not be easy to get hold of one, but if you are considering purchasing one, we hope you will be patient as we wait for the next shipment to arrive!

As mentioned at the beginning, we have two more "Ref. 5204" watches, the successor to the "Ref. 5004," waiting to be shipped, so please look forward to them!

We will continue to offer attractive models at reasonable prices, so please look forward to it!

See you next time!
