Good evening everyone.

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to those who have been affected by the recent series of typhoons. I sincerely pray for a speedy recovery.
Well, today we would like to introduce the model that has just arrived in our store for the first time! We also have a model with a different dial that is no longer in production in stock, so we would like to introduce it while comparing it with that one! If you are considering purchasing this model, please do not miss this opportunity!
"Ref.5270P-014"
"Perpetual Calendar Chronograph" PT
The new model for 2022 is the Perpetual Calendar Chronograph "Ref. 5270P-014," which features a PT (platinum) case and green dial.
It replaced the "Ref. 5270P-001" with a gold opaline dial that had been sold up until then. At the time of its release, although there were differences in details such as the shape of the hands, the design was reminiscent of the first model "Ref. 5270G-001" that was released in 2011, and I thought it was a return to the origins.
However, when you actually look at the watch, it is not the same as the first model. The beauty of the lacquered green dial is highlighted by the change from the previous tachymeter scale to a minute scale. In addition, the dolphin-shaped hands give it a sporty and modern look.
The "Ref.5270" series, characterized by stepped lugs, can be said to be a truly "complete case design." The bezel design, which runs in reverse, is the same design used for the "Ref.2499," which can now only be found at overseas watch auctions, and follows that design.
The sapphire crystal case back allows you to view the fully in-house made movement "Cal. CH 29-535 PS Q", which is the biggest change from the third generation "Ref. 3970" and the fourth generation "Ref. 5970". As a result, the calendar display window under the 12 o'clock position on the dial has been enlarged, and a leap year display window has been added at the 5 o'clock position and a day/night display window at the 8 o'clock position, making the dial design easier to understand and read.
The glossy black alligator strap features vibrant green hand stitching, adding a slightly casual element to the traditional "classical" look.
The warranty date is June 2022. The closed case back, adjustment pins, and other accessories are all complete and in very good condition. Although there are some scratches and small marks due to use, the non-polished case makes a solid and impressive piece.
The selling price is 23,980,000 yen (tax included)

It is rare on the market and the selling price is very reasonable compared to the official domestic suggested retail price, so we especially recommend this opportunity to anyone looking for it.
We also have in stock the "Ref. 5270P-001," which has a different dial and is already discontinued (out of production), so we would like to briefly introduce that as well.
"Ref.5270P-001"
"Perpetual Calendar Chronograph" PT
The "Ref. 5270P-001" was released in 2011 as the fifth generation of the "Perpetual Calendar Chronograph."
In 2018, the series finally made its debut with a platinum case and golden opaline dial, but while the indexes from 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock were previously bar-shaped, the "Ref. 5270P-001" uses applied Arabic numerals.
You can also see how different this model is from the fact that it is equipped with a dial in colors called "salmon pink" and "copper," which have been used in classic and special models.
The hands, indexes, subdials, and tachymeter scale are all black, providing high visibility and a nice vintage feel.
The warranty date is March 2019. The closed case back, adjustment pins, serial number tag, and other accessories are all included and in good condition. In addition, the exterior has been finished at our affiliated repair workshop, so it is a beautiful item with no noticeable scratches or scuffs.

Finally, since this is a rare opportunity, I'll take a photo of the two of us together (lol). Which do you prefer? Please let me know what you think.
summary
What did you think?
As you may already know, the official suggested retail price in Japan and overseas was revised in September 2024, so the secondary market price may be a little more reasonable. In addition, although there are also influences from exchange rates, the market sentiment in the secondary market remains stable, so now may be a good time to buy. If you are considering purchasing, please feel free to contact us!
We will continue to offer attractive models at reasonable prices, so stay tuned!
See you next time!
