Well, this time, we would like to introduce "that" new model, which is just as attractive as the previously mentioned "Ref. 5711/1A-018", which has just arrived for the first time! Please read to the end!

"Ref.5330G-001"
"World Time Pointer Date" 18KWG

The "World Time Pointer Date" "Ref. 5330G-001" was announced as a new model for 2024.

It is based on the "Ref. 5330G-010", which was released in a limited edition of 300 pieces at the 2023 Watch Art Grand Exhibition (Tokyo 2023).

This model was first unveiled at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2024, held in Geneva, Switzerland in April 2024, and it was the one that caught my eye the most among the new models announced.

Like the Nautilus Chronograph and Aquanaut Travel Time, which were announced in 2024, the 18KWG (white gold) case features a refreshing blue-gray opaline dial. The center of the dial also features the same carbon pattern as the World Time Chronograph "Ref. 5935A-001," giving it a casual look.

The case size is 40mm, which is suitable for daily use, and the thickness is suppressed to 11.57mm, so there is no stress when wearing it, and it is rather comfortable to wear. Also, compared to the current model equipped with the "World Time" mechanism, the lugs have a clear step shape, which is a very pleasing face.

The most important feature of this model (not seen in the regular model so far) is the addition of the "Pointer Date" function to the world time mechanism. This is a revolutionary function that changes the date in conjunction with the local time. In addition, the Pointer Date was designed to not spoil the dial design as much as possible, and is made of glass except for the tip, which is painted red, so it does not spoil the dial design. At first glance, some people may not even notice the presence of the hand.

The automatic movement "Ref. 240 HU C", which can be seen through the sapphire crystal skeleton back, is based on the "Cal. 240 HU" that has been installed in the first "World Time" "Ref. 5110", and uses a unidirectional winding micro-rotor made of 22K gold.

One of the reasons I was attracted to this model was the strap. The hand-stitched denim-patterned blue-gray calf strap goes perfectly with the dial.

The warranty is dated May 2024 and all accessories are included. The calfskin belt shows no signs of use and has no wrinkles due to storage. There are some fine scratches visible with a magnifying glass, but it is an unused item that has never been worn.

The selling price is 12,980,000 yen (tax included)
