Good evening everyone.

This year, the rainy season started later than usual. How are you all doing? Speaking of myself, I really don't like hot and humid weather, so I'm already dreading the intense heat that will likely come after the rainy season ends. (laughs)

Well, today, we have a long-awaited model that has just arrived in our store, so we would like to introduce it to you! Let's get started right away! Please read to the end!

    "Ref.5326G-001"
    "Annual Calendar Travel Time" 18KWG

The "Ref. 5326G-001" was announced as a new model for 2022.

Many people were surprised not only by its design but also by its functionality. Until now, there have been models equipped with a "chronograph" in the "travel time" mechanism, but this model has been released with (integrated with) an "annual calendar," which is a pleasant surprise.

Coincidentally, we also had in stock the Calatrava "Ref. 5226G-001," which came out in the same year with a similar dial design, so we would like to show you a photo of the two together.

The "Ref. 5226G-001" has a case diameter of 40mm and a case thickness of 8.53mm, while the "Ref. 5326G-001" is slightly larger, with a case diameter of 41mm and a case thickness of 11.07mm.

Even so, it's truly amazing that it fits into this size despite being equipped with two complex mechanisms.

The textured lacquered anthracite dial has a rough texture that makes you want to touch it, and it has a stylish look that you've never seen before. In addition, the gradation from the center to the outer edge, the syringe-shaped needle that resembles a syringe, and the Arabic numerals combine to create a rich and expressive finish.

Models equipped with conventional "Travel Time" mechanisms have push buttons at the 8 o'clock and 10 o'clock positions. By pressing the push button at 8 o'clock, the LOCAL TIME can be advanced by one hour, and by pressing the push button at 10 o'clock, it can be advanced by one hour. However, looking at this "Ref. 5326G-001", there are no push buttons, nor is there any place to adjust it by poking it with an adjustment pin or the like.

So how do you use the "Travel Time" function? Pull the crown out once and turn it clockwise to advance the "LOCAL TIME" by one hour, and turn it counterclockwise to advance it by one hour. This prevents the "LOCAL TIME" from being operated by mistake, making it much more convenient.

Here is another question. If the "LOCAL TIME" at the 8 o'clock position is the day before the "HOME TIME" at the 4 o'clock position, the date display will return to the previous day, but what will happen to the complicated mechanism of the "annual calendar"? Will it break? I am concerned.

In addition, with conventional annual calendars, the date advance operation takes approximately 90 minutes at midnight, so if the time zone was adjusted during this time, there was a possibility that the date display would become misaligned. However, the movement installed in this watch has been scaled up so that the non-adjustable time is only 18 minutes, which is approximately one-fifth of the normal time.

The new automatic movement "Cal.31-260 PS QA LU FUS 24H", which can be viewed through the sapphire crystal skeleton back, is equipped with a platinum unidirectional winding micro rotor. When you think about the two complex mechanisms housed in this movement, it's so exciting to look at. (laughs)

The warranty date is April 2024. All accessories are included, the beige calfskin strap with nubuck finish that is currently attached is in good condition, and the black calfskin strap with fabric pattern that is attached is unused. There are some areas where fine scratches that appear to have been made when trying on the watch can be seen, but it is in extremely good condition with almost no signs of wear.

The selling price is 12,430,000 yen (tax included)
