Good evening everyone.

At the beginning of February 2024, the official website announced that production of the Nautilus Chronograph would be discontinued in all materials, the Nautilus Petite Complication would also be discontinued in leather strap versions, and the Aquanaut Travel Time would also be discontinued in stainless steel cases, which came as a huge shock. In the midst of all this, we were particularly excited to see what models would be announced at the new product fair, and there were some models that were truly Patek Philippe-worthy!

So, this time I would like to pick out the new models announced at "Watches and Wonders Geneve 2024" that particularly caught my eye and introduce them to you.

『World Time』18KWG
"Ref.5330G-001"

The "World Time" "Ref. 5330G-001" features a blue-gray opaline dial and a denim-patterned calfskin band .

The "carbon" pattern in the center of the dial and the blue-gray color are reminiscent of the "Ref. 6007A" that was released in 2019 as a limited edition of 1,000 pieces, but honestly, it can only be described as "cool." In addition, the case diameter has been increased to 40mm, and it is an exquisite size that is "not too small and not too big" and is extremely easy to use.

Also, the "World Time" Ref. 5330G-010, limited to 300 pieces, was introduced at the "Watch Art Grand Exhibition (Tokyo 2023)" held in Tokyo. The already complicated "World Time" mechanism was added with a pointer date, and although I thought that a "regular model" equipped with this movement would be announced at some point, I was a little surprised that it appeared so soon.

Alligator straps tend to give off a very dressy impression, but by using a new material like this, I think it has a different appeal. In my opinion, this is by far my favorite new model of the year!

"Nautilus Chronograph" 18KWG
"Ref.5980/60G-001"

The Nautilus Chronograph "Ref. 5980/60G-001" is the first to feature an 18KWG (white gold) case.

The dial is the same color as the sub-dials, blue-gray, and the calf band is the same color as the dial (blue-gray) with hand stitching and a denim pattern. The new "World Time" model has already pierced my heart, but this one has also pierced my heart. (laughs)

I'm also very interested in the blue-gray composite band with a fabric pattern that comes with it. It's amazing how Patek Philippe has released a completely different and attractive model while still retaining the playfulness of the brand. I can't wait to see the actual watch, and if possible, I'd like one myself! (laughs)

"Aquanaut Travel Time" 18KWG
"Ref.5164G-001"

Like the aforementioned Nautilus Chronograph, the Aquanaut Travel Time "Ref. 5164G-001" is the first to feature an 18KWG (white gold) case.

The blue-gray dial is also used for the Aquanaut Luce "Ref. 5261R-001", but judging from the images on the official website, the colors seem similar but not the same. The description of the dial also says "blue-gray opaline", and the color seems a little lighter. I can't say for sure without seeing the actual watch, but I think the color is probably different.

The composite band, which is the same color as the dial (blue-gray), is probably the same as the "Ref. 5261R-001," but if this band also has a slight difference in color, I can only admire it. (laughs)

Among the new models, this is a model that is definitely cool and has a great presence!

"Annual Calendar Moon Phase" 18KWG
"Ref.5396G-017"

The Annual Calendar Moon Phase "Ref. 5393G-017" was announced to replace the 18KRG (rose gold) case "Ref. 5396R-015", which will be discontinued in 2024.

The black gradation blue sunburst dial is vivid and beautiful, but isn't it amazing how the impression changes completely just by changing the color of the case, hands, minute dots, and diamond setting of the index? Also, the case design and calendar arrangement, which are based on the original "Calatrava" "Ref. 96", are simply beautiful.

As the name suggests, an "annual calendar" is a mechanism that requires calendar adjustment only once a year, but the adjustment is very easy and it is very suitable for daily use. It is a perfect watch for anyone, so we hope you will try one out!
