Good evening everyone.

It's March 2024, and the difficult pollen season has arrived. Fortunately, I don't have hay fever, so I had no idea how difficult it would be, but this year my nose has been itchy, and I've been spending my days worrying that maybe I've developed hay fever. I've heard that people can suddenly get hay fever, so I hope that it's nothing to worry about.

Well, this time I would like to introduce a watch that I love and has a special specification, which has arrived for the first time in a long time. Please read to the end!

"Ref.5004P-033"
"Perpetual Calendar Split Second Chronograph" PT

"Ref. 5004P-033" is a grand complication model equipped with a perpetual calendar, split-second chronograph, and moon phase .

This watch was produced from its launch in 1996 until its successor, the Ref. 5204, was released in 2012. Although it was produced for a long time, the number of watches in circulation was very small, making it a rare item that is now rarely seen on the market. In addition, there are many variations in the dial, and each one is treated as a rare item.

Dial Variations
・Black dial, Arabic indexes ・Black dial, 1 baguette, 10P diamonds ・Black dial, 7 baguette diamonds ・Silver dial, Arabic indexes *We have also seen other dial specifications, but they are extremely rare items that are not normally sold, such as special order items.

For reference, the "Ref. 5004" that we have sold so far is

・2 platinum (PT) case x silver dial x Arabic indexes ・1 baguette (PT) case x black dial ・10P diamond: 1 ・2 18KRG (rose gold) case x silver dial x Arabic indexes ・1 18KWG (white gold) case x salmon dial x Arabic indexes (special order item)

A total of six. And this is the first time we've had one in stock in a while, and it has a special dial, so we're very excited! (laughs)

By the way, as stated in the warranty, the watch should normally have a black dial with one baguette-cut diamond index (at the 12 o'clock position) and 10-point diamond indexes (excluding the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions), but this watch has the dial used in the "Ref. 5004P-032" (black dial, 7P baguette-cut diamond index).

The circular subdials at 3 and 9 o'clock and the clean, no-bulge split-second chronograph hand create a classic atmosphere that can be summed up in one word: beautiful.

The 36.7mm case diameter may seem a little small now, but the large crown with split button and the thick case make it feel just the right size when worn on the wrist.

The engravings on the lug side tend to become faint on watches that have been polished several times in the past, but this particular watch has the engravings clearly visible in four places, showing that it is in very good condition.

The Nouvelle Lemania-based movement, "Cal. CHP 27-70 Q," is highly functional, with a complex perpetual calendar chronograph and split-seconds mechanism, but its three-dimensional structure also gives it a stunning design that is almost like a work of art.

The warranty date is February 2001. It comes with the original dial, a replacement closed case back, adjustment pins, and a box for the "Ref. 5004" in which the case back and adjustment pins can be set, although there is some internal deterioration . *Currently, it comes with a calfskin strap made by Jean-Claude Perrin, but it also comes with an alligator strap made by Patek Philippe.

The selling price is 59,950,000 yen ( tax included)

The PT (platinum) case and diamond indexes give it an elegant finish, but it is not too flashy and is very easy to use.
