Good evening everyone.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our store at Commit Ginza's (hereafter referred to as our store) major event "CTG" (Customer Return Festival) held last month, as well as everyone who made a transaction even if they could not come to the store. Many people also participated in the "YouTube LIVE" that was held every day during the period, and we were able to make it a very fun event. Although it will be held irregularly, we hope you will look forward to the next "CTG".

Well, today, we have received our first "Perpetual Calendar Chronograph" "Ref. 5271P-001", so we would like to introduce it to you. Please read to the end!

"Ref.5271P-001"
"Perpetual Calendar Chronograph" PT

The Ref. 5271P-001 features a luxurious design, with 58 baguette-cut diamonds on the bezel and lugs of the PT (platinum) case and 22 baguette-cut diamonds on the folding buckle.

This model was produced based on the fifth generation model of the "Perpetual Calendar Chronograph" "Ref. 5270" that was released in 2011.

Before we get into the main topic, let's briefly talk about the "Ref. 5270".

When the Ref.5270 was first released, it was only available in 18KWG (white gold), but in 2015, a 18KRG (rose gold) model was released, and in 2018, a PT (platinum) model was released. The Ref.5270 usually uses bar indexes, but the PT (platinum) Ref.5270P-001 is the only model with a distinctive dial that uses Arabic numerals applied indexes from 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock. In addition, the color of this model, which is called "copper" or "copper", is also a unique point.

After that, the new model announced for 2022 was the "Ref. 5270P-014" with a PT (platinum) case and a lacquered green dial. The dial attracted attention for its simple design but beautiful green color.

So far, we have focused on the platinum (PT) "Ref. 5270," but there is a reason for that. The predecessor "Ref. 5970" and its predecessor "Ref. 3970" both had black dials, but the truth is that there has never been a model with a black dial for the "Ref. 5270."

Considering its history, I think you can understand just how valuable the "Ref. 5271P-001" we are introducing this time is.

Now that we've explained the rarity of the "Ref. 5271P-001," let's get back to the main topic.

The luxurious brilliant black dial features white lettering and scales for high visibility. In addition to the perpetual calendar and chronograph, the watch also features bar indexes, leaf-shaped hour and minute hands, and a tachymeter scale on the outer edge of the dial, creating a beautifully balanced finish.

The 58 baguette-cut diamonds set in the bezel and lugs are so beautiful that you can't help but be drawn in when you look at it. It's captivating from every angle.

And what makes it even more special is that the "folding buckle" is also decorated with 22 baguette-cut diamonds. How much does just the buckle cost? (laughs)

The movement is the fully in-house manufactured Cal.CH 29-535 PS Q. This makes the calendar display window under the 12 o'clock position on the dial larger, resulting in a dial design that is easier to read.

As you may have already noticed, this item is in what is called a "single shield" condition, meaning that it has never been opened from the plastic packaging it was delivered in. Such rare items are almost impossible to come across, and I have only seen them at overseas auctions.

The warranty date is December 2014. The accessories are also in very good condition, with the adjustment pins and closed case back still unopened. The watch also comes with a paper sleeve with a sticker (vertical box in the upper right of the photo) that contains the reference, serial number, and case number, making it an ideal collection piece.

The selling price is 46,970,000 yen (tax included)

This is a discontinued model, and there will be very few in stock in the future, so it is extremely rare to find one in this condition. Of course, you can store it for a long time without using it, but as a fan of Patek Philippe, I would definitely recommend wearing it and enjoying it.

summary

What did you think.

As we have said many times before, we believe that an item like this that could become an auction piece will be hard to come by in the future. This is a special model that could go on sale at any time, so if you have been looking for one, we look forward to your early inquiry!

We will continue to do our utmost to introduce as many of these rare models as possible to you, so we hope you will continue to support our store and Patek Theory!

see you!
