Good evening everyone.
The end of the rainy season was announced early this year, but the weather has been like the rainy season for a while now. Please be careful not to get sick with the sudden change in weather.
Well, the luxury watch market has now calmed down after the price surge at the beginning of the year, but now is the perfect time to buy, so we would like to introduce some popular models. They are also attractively priced, so please enjoy until the end!
"Ref.5711/1A-011"
"Nautilus" SS
The Ref. 5711/1A-011, a new model released in 2012, features a white dial. This is a minor change model of the popular three-hand model Ref. 5711/1A-001, which was released in 2006 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Nautilus. It was one of the most popular models of the Nautilus, but unfortunately production ended in 2020.
If you look closely, you can see that it has a slightly silvery appearance, giving it a cute yet pop-like dial. It looks like a completely different modern watch to the black-and-blue dial of the "Ref. 5711/1A-001" . In addition, the edges of the indexes and luminous hands are painted in dark blue, which at first glance appears black, creating a clear contrast that makes it extremely easy to read.
The warranty date is 2015. This is a one-owner item with a solid case and bracelet, and is in excellent condition with a good impression and no polishing. The owner has hardly worn it since purchasing it, and there is no sign of any twisting in the bracelet.
The Nautilus is particularly prone to scratches on the surface of the bezel and the edges of the case, and it seems that a relatively large number of them are polished, but this watch has no noticeable scratches and is not polished, which I think is a very commendable point.
The movement that can be seen from the back cover of the skeleton back is the stable "Cal.324 SC". The "Nautilus" "Ref.5711" series changed from "Geneva Seal" to "Patek Seal" in 2009, but for a long time it used the "Cal.324 SC" movement. After that , in 2019, it was equipped with the "Cal.26-330 SC" which had a hack function and no longer had a prohibited time period for changing the date. As mentioned above, production ended in 2020, so there are probably very few watches equipped with the new movement. In fact, I have never come across an individual equipped with the new movement.
All accessories are included and the item is in very good condition.
The selling price you are interested in is 12,980,000 yen (tax included)
Domestic sales price: Lowest price just under 15 million yen (tax included)
A certain famous overseas sales site: Lowest price is just over 14 million yen (excluding tax)
Compared to the black-and-blue dial of the "Ref. 5711/1A-001," the production period is shorter and the number of units produced is expected to be much smaller, so I think this is a model that will be very interesting to watch in the future! If you are thinking of purchasing one, we recommend that you apply immediately!
"Ref.5990/1A-001"
"Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph" SS
The Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph "Ref. 5990/1A-001" with a stainless steel case was announced as a new model in 2014. In 2021, the "Ref. 5990/1R-001" with an 18K rose gold case and blue dial was added, but the stainless steel case model will be discontinued in 2022.
The black gradation dial, which looks a bit like a darker gray, gives off a more modern and cool impression than the classic atmosphere of previous Nautilus models. It's a model that goes well with both suits and casual styles.
Due to the effects of COVID-19, many people have been restricting their overseas travel for a long time, but once we are able to travel freely abroad again, the travel time mechanism will be very useful. The small windows "HOME" at 3 o'clock and "LOCAL" at 9 o'clock allow you to distinguish between day and night, and by pressing the up and down push buttons on the 9 o'clock side of the case, you can instantly set LOCAL TIME (local time) and move forward or backward by one hour. In addition, the date display at 12 o'clock is also linked, making it an excellent mechanism that does not require you to set the date separately.
The warranty date is 2016. It appears to have been lightly polished, but the case and bracelet are sturdy and it is a watch that leaves a good impression. There is almost no twisting in the bracelet.
The movement that can be seen through the back cover of the skeleton case is the Cal. CH 28-520 C. In addition to the chronograph mechanism, it also has a travel time mechanism, so although the case is thick, the case diameter is a comfortable 40.5mm, making it a comfortable size to wear.
All accessories are included, including a tag with the serial number and individual number, and the condition is very good. (One extra pin is missing.)
The selling price is 18,700,000 yen (tax included) .
Domestic sales price: Lowest price just under 20 million yen (tax included)
A certain famous overseas sales site: Lowest price is just over 21 million yen (excluding tax)
Considering the condition of the watch and its accessories, as well as the selling price both domestically and overseas, this is an attractively priced watch that we can definitely recommend!
